Luminescent, Display, and Lighting Materials and Devices
This session will focus on recent advancements in the development and application of materials and devices for luminescence, displays, and lighting. The rapid evolution of technologies in these fields has driven innovation in various sectors, from energy-efficient lighting to advanced displays in consumer electronics. This session aims to underscore the crucial role of integrating material science with device engineering to improve performance, durability, and energy efficiency. By bringing together experts from both academia and industry, we seek to foster interdisciplinary discussions on the latest research trends, challenges, and future directions.
EMET-LDLMD' 24 Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:
- Development of novel luminescent materials (organic, inorganic, hybrid)
- Advances in light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and organic LEDs (OLEDs)
- Quantum dots for display and lighting technologies
- Perovskite materials for optoelectronics

EMET-LDLMD' 24 Session Chair
Prof. Chunmiao Han,Heilongjiang University
Brief Bio: Chunmiao Han received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Heilongjiang University in 2009 and 2012, respectively, and completed her PhD at Fudan University in 2016. She joined Heilongjiang University as an associate professor in 2016 and was promoted to full professor in 2017. In 2021, she was recognized as a Changjiang Young Scholar by the Chinese Ministry of Education. Prof. Han has authored more than 90 papers in prestigious journals, including Science Advances, Chem, Nature Communications, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie, and Advanced Materials.
Research Interests: Her research focuses on organic electronic materials and their applications in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and bioimaging.

Biography: Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NUPT), Professor, PhD Supervisor, National Outstanding Youth Fund Recipient. He graduated from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NUPT), Institute of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology (IAMNT) as a PhD student under the supervision of Academician Wei Huang and Prof. Runfeng Chen, and was awarded the Outstanding PhD Thesis in Jiangsu Province in 2016.From
